We are in the final stages of insulation (both fiberglass and foam) and now putting up dry wall. Kudos to John and Tony for doing almost all of it. When complete this study will keep heat and cold like a thermos. This study will be GREEN baby!

Shed to Study Project, Week 5
We are laying new sub floor and insulation. All of these will be "unseen" but essential to a livable space. The unseen always makes life livable (or unlivable).

Shed to Study Project, Week 4
This week we put in windows and siding. I needed to see visible progress in order to be motivated to install insulation and dry wall. It was very satisfying. Keith Jones was my side-kick. Master craftsman, John Cardinal, continues to coach me in the craft of carpentry. And Sandy Bittner oversees and coordinates the activities so the right knows what the left is doing.

Shed to Study - Week 2
The following photo's document the deconstruction phase of the project. Sometimes the Lord has to stripe us done to get us where He wants us....... Even still there are small surprises and moments of beauty.

Rector's Study Project
I, with the very substantial help of others, am transforming my old shed into a "Pastor's Study." I will chronicle the progress with weekly photos. Along with my work at the Chocolate factory, this is another "Hands-on" project while I am away. The very early progress is giving me great satisfaction. Next weeks photos will document the deconstruction phase.
